All students participating in Marching Band and Color Guard MUST turn in a completed Athletic Clearance Book, aka “Blue Book” when school begins. You may print out the “Blue Book” through the link below or pick one up from the Front Office.
Please DO NOT turn your Blue Book into Booster Staff at band registration. There is a separate medical form to be filled out during Band Enrollment Days.
